Surprisingly I’m still feeling quite homesick - especially since I seem to have caught a cold. All of this down time with no money and a stuffy nose has given me ample opportunity to think about all of the things I miss about Halifax and the people there. still unemployed. I have been in Vancouver for a few weeks and still can’t seem to land a job. I actually can’t even get anyone to call or email me back. I love insanely detail oriented, meticulous things that take a long time to do. It is also nice that he practiced some (necessary) restraint and kept it to black only.

I am making friends! This is a good thing because: a) It means I’m not recluse and sitting on my bed looking at the computer screen longing for home. b) It opens up the possibility of making more friends.
