Don’t be afraid to think outside the box. Don’t be afraid to go off on your own and figure out ways to solve problems. Don’t let anyone tell you that your efforts are wasted. You have ideas? Talk about them. Brainstorm with others, network with people who can help you get the job done. Come up with solutions and try them out. Take a scientific approach and find the solutions that yield the best results, not just the solutions that have been traditionally employed.

Don’t ever underestimate yourself. Have the courage to speak out, to be a little weird and to get shit done.
