1. As a designer I believe that the best solution is not dictated by how long it takes to come up with. Sometimes the best idea or solution is the first to come to mind, and then every idea after that only validates it’s success. I have an issue with a process based on the first idea not being a viable solution. Version after version must be created (so the client, managers, etc. can see the iterations and/or feel validated for the money they are spending), but is that a good way to spend time? I don’t know. Right now I feel like I am beating a dead horse. Concept development isn’t always fun.
