My new apartment is small. So small, in fact, that is has VERY small appliances (context: My fridge is a mini-fridge). All fine since I really don’t need much and everything works the way it should. BUT GOD DAMMIT. MY STOVE MAKES THIS UN-BEARABLE SQUEAKING NOISE. I think it might be the ancient clock mechanism; maybe the gears are old and need some WD-40. I don’t know. But right now, right now in this quiet, relaxing moment I DON’T THINK I CAN TAKE IT FOR ANOTHER SECOND. OH MY BLEEDING EARS.
EDIT: FIXED IT! Thanks to it being a super old stove, the fuses are easily accessible and I just unscrewed the one that goes to the clock/timer part. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO THANKFUL. I FEEL LIKE I HAVE A NEW LEASE ON LIFE.
