1. I’ll be using chashews, not peanuts.

    Tonight I’m attempting Pad Thai for the second time - this time with a new sauce (the first sauce was not as intense as I had hoped for) and a much smaller amount of noodles so the pan doesn’t overflow. I want this dish to be one that I am pro at making. Ma pièce de résistance, if you will.

    On a related note: Cooking for one is lonely and pooey.
