I’ve been really into cooking lately and I’ve tried a few hot pasta recipes in the last few weeks. This is my first attempt at a pasta salad. I love orzo, so I have high hopes for this Ina Garten dish. It’s not all for me to eat (sad face)- I’ll be taking it to work tomorrow for our Holiday potluck (9 Days till Christmas!). The feta, basil, and scallions will be added just before serving.
