I am in need of a new roommate. 1/4 of our house is moving out with their girlfriend which is all well and good. We do however want to fill that space in our warm, loving house with another awesome person.
Here are the details:
- We are awesome.
- Fridge, Dishwasher, Ceramic Top Oven, Washer and Dryer
- $500 in total for rent, heat, electricity (crazy eh?)
- Internet/cable is like 23$ or something.
- Heated basement for storage
- 2 car driveway (1 spot is taken by me)
- The view is KILLER!
- Small front lawn
- Located at 7071 Quinpool Road, Halifax, Nova Scotia (look it up)
- Oh we are pet friendly, I have a cat. He is super radical.
- We have 3 movie quality lightsabers in our house. NBD.
- We are turbo awesome.
I suggest moving out of your crappy place with lame roommates to upgrade to superawesometown and live the best of the best.
