I’ve got to get something off my chest about Halifax & Dartmouth:
We’re not as behind-the-times as we look! We like fancy, well made things. We like good coffee, nice clothes, good food, and we really really like good boozy drinks. Monorail or not, we’re moving forward. I love when I find new projects by cool people that I’m probably walking by on the sidewalks every day.
Jeff Van Horne makes good drinks.*
From my few minutes spent internet stalking Jeff (reading his blog)**, it appears he makes drinks for the thirsty public at both The Bicycle Thief and Untitled Eats (the restaurant in the AGNS). Untitled is where you can join Jeff for a classy happy hour. Every Tuesday from 4-9 he sets up a working menu of drinks. You can stop by to sip (or chug?), unbutton your shirt a little at the top, and act like you know lots about booze.
I don’t have a designated driver to shuttle me home today, so I’ll have to wait until next week, but I will be there with bells on eventually! If you go, please let me know how it is!

*To be completely truthful, I don’t know this for a fact as I have yet to try one, but I mean, guys. Look at that one up there! If it doesn’t taste good, who cares?! His ‘stache pretty much guarantees quality, anyway.
**Also, Jeff: I’m sorry for internet lurking you. Hope that won’t make things awkward between us!
