Hi from Thailand!

Luckily, my time here coincides with a national holiday; basically the Thai New Year. Today is somewhat equivalent to New Year’s Eve, a festival called Songkran. People take to the streets armed with buckets or super soakers and over the next couple of days, play a part in the World’s Largest Water Fight. Everyone is fair game, which seems not to bother any of the locals. Of course, the tourists don’t care. It’s actually refreshing given the muggy heat.
